How to borrow a blood pressure monitor from the library
Isle of Wight residents can borrow blood pressure monitors from their local library. The library blood pressure monitor home loan scheme makes it easy and convenient for you to ‘know your numbers’
- to borrow a monitor you need to be a library member – join for free
- you can borrow a monitor on a ‘first come-first served’ basis

The instructions:
- are easy to follow
- tell you how to use the device
- help you understand the results
- tell you what to do if you are worried about the readings

*Borrowers will need to have a valid library membership. If you are not a member of your local library, joining takes only a few minutes on arrival; simply bring along your current photo ID. Each library will initially have six monitors, available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
