Rain, what rain?
Ventnor Bowling Club had a great turn out for their Open day on Bank Holiday Monday, despite the rain 18 visitors went along to see what the club was all about.
Mark Jefferies, Ventnor Deputy Mayor was welcomed by Maurice Kane the Club Captain before getting out on the green for a practice.
Prizes were won on the raffle; young visitors received certificates, flags, and sweets and with plenty of tea and cake a fun afternoon was had by all.
